The Butchery opened March 15th, 2012 as a meat market specialty shop highlighting top-quality beef + homemade marinades, but quickly expanded to much more. Today the Butchery features a wide variety of in-house crafted specialty foods, a vast array of locally crafted beers, plenty of wine + a complete organic section featuring nuts, granola, fruit bars, chips desserts + more.

rise + grind is our little coffee "bar" born out of hop + grind & tuckaway tavern & butchery. Our chef/owner Bobby "the butcher" Marcotte took his slight addiction to coffee + his ability to create delicious destinations to launch a brand new coffee experience. In this saturated market, rise + grind is bringing a unique concept to life by raising the coffee "bar" + elevating the
